Canadian authorities has announced that travel restrictions to enter Canada for non essential travel might be lifted on Feb 28. At that point Portugal will consider Canada’s mandates and more than likely allow Canadians to travel to the mainland. Therefore we should not blame Portugal for the ban when Canada made it troublesome for Portuguese residents to travel to Canada.
